I wanted to take a moment to send out a quick and HUGE THANK YOU to each and every person who made the Penny Wars Fundraiser a success! Without the help from the CPS staff, principals, students, parents, and community members, we NEVER would have raised $2814 for the Kubo family. I know without a doubt that the money you all raised has not only lifted a piece of the financial burden that they are feeling, but it has raised their spirits knowing that they have a community that is backing them in the battle that Barb and the family are currently going through.
